Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? +
We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes
4-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is usually 5-9 business days.
What is your order cut-off time? +
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time). Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET,
on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Will I receive tracking information? +
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow some time for tracking details to update after handover to the carrier.
Do I have to pay customs duties? +
We currently ship within the United States only. For orders delivered within the United States, international customs duties are not expected.
Orders
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rei-outlet24.com.
We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Can I cancel my order? +
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
What should I do if my order is delayed? +
If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number.
We will help check the shipment status and assist you with the next steps.
Returns & Refunds
How long can I return items? +
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed,
undamaged, and returned in their original condition where applicable.
How do I request a return? +

Include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.
Who pays for return shipping? +
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
When will I receive my refund? +
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed
7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
